Design Process

How does the custom design process work?

We’ll discuss your vision, budget, timeline, and garment details during our initial consultation. Before moving into the design process, customers must pay the design fee and a mock up will be created. We will then ensure both parties are in agreement before finalizing a contract and accepting the first payment. 

Can I request revisions to my design?

​Yes, during the design process you are able to make revisions. Please note, this may impact the final production timeline. Once the final design has been drafted and approved, no other revisions  can be made. 

Do I need to have a design idea already?

No, not at all. Though you may have some concepts or inspiration, you are not required to come with a completed design. We can help bring your concept to life or assist you in developing an idea.

Do you work with individuals?

Yes! Not only do we work with organizations, teams, and groups, we can also work with an individual to help design and produce a personalized garment. 

Production & Turnaround

How long does custom projects take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the project. Timelines will be discussed and confirmed before production begins. 

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush services may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Local pickup options may be available, but is not guaranteed. 

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

For custom orders, we accept secure online payment options such as Zelle and Paypal. 

For all online purchases , we accept all major credit cards through our website.

Is a deposit required to start a custom order?

Yes, a design fee is required to start your custom order.
A design fee  allows us to begin designing and preparing your custom item. Your deposit comes after official mock up has been approved.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom items?

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, all custom sales are final. However, if an error occurs on our end during production (such as a misspelling after final design approval), we will work with you to correct the issue.

Please note:

  • Customers must notify us of any issues as soon as possible. Specific deadlines will be outlined in your contract.

  • If the garment is intended for a specific event or occasion, we cannot guarantee that a replacement item will arrive by the original requested date.
